Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered between the instance owner ("Bot Owner") and the user ("User") of the Bot.

Age Requirement

The Bot is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age and meet the minimum age required by the laws in your country, according to Discord Terms of Service. If you are a minor (under the age of 18), you must have your parents or guardians read and agree to these Terms of Service prior to you using the Bot.

Agreement

By using the Bot, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of the Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they should discontinue use of the Bot.

• The Bot Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Bot for personal or non-commercial purposes.
• The User may not use the Bot in any way that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations or infringes upon the rights of any third party. The User may not use the Bot for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Bot Owner.
• The Bot Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses.
• The Bot Owner may modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. The User agrees that the Bot Owner shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Bot.
• The Bot and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of the Bot Owner. The User agrees not to copy, modify, or distribute the Bot or any portion thereof without the express written consent of the Bot Owner.
• The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the User's use of the Bot.
• This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Bot.

Acceptable Use

The Services may only be used within the scope of what they are provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. By accessing the Services, you agree that you shall not use the Services in a manner that:

• Violates these Terms, or any applicable laws, regulations, or contractual agreements, including, when relevant, the Discord Terms of Service, which can be found at.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any party.
• Is threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, malicious, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Jeopardizes the security of your or any other person's account (such as exposing login credentials).
• Attempts, in any manner, to obtain passwords, accounts, or other private information from other users.
• Interferes or attempts to interrupt the proper operation of the Services.
• Exploits or publicly informs other members of any error or bug which gives an unintended advantage.
• Involves the developing or distributing of "auto" or "macro" software programs or applications.
• Involves the unapproved exchange of Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods (as defined below) outside the Services.

Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods

The Bot Owner may include opportunities to obtain virtual currency ("Virtual Currency") or virtual goods ("Virtual Goods"). Unless otherwise stated, such Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are not tradable, exchangeable or redeemable against any traditional currency, and other digital currency, goods or any other values.

By purchasing or obtaining Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods, you acknowledge and agree that they may only be used within the Bot for the purpose expressly authorized by the Bot Owner. You may not transfer, purchase, sell or exchange such Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods outside of the Bot for value of any kind. Doing so is a violation of the Terms and may result in suspension of your access to the Services. The Bot Owner retains the right to modify, manage, control and/or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods at it's sole discretion.

Prices and availability of Virtual Goods are subject to change without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party for the exercise of such rights. In case of contract or account suspension for any cause attributable to you, any and all unused Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods shall be forfeited and no refund shall be granted.
